We have 8 set machine and 2 set fully automated machine.Every day finish 20tons spring.

We have 5 set tempering furnace.Temperature more than 320 degrees,time more than 30 minutes.

The longest length is 5 meters.

Mark on the spring ,we accept to print customer name on spring by free.

We use wood box to pack spring.
